Real Estate Ghost Writers was founded over twenty-five years ago by internationally recognized real estate author and publisher, Paul Christian, who has shared his insights for both homeowners and real estate professionals through scores of magazine articles, books, and newspaper columns published on three continents.

Having held the coveted CRS and CRB designations from the National Association of REALTORS®, he served as a member of the Residential Sales Council faculty, Board of Governors, Co-chair of Real Estate Business Magazine, and has served as Regional Vice President of the RS Council, not to mention serving the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® as Regional Vice President, State Director, and Executive Committee Member. He was also founding president of a local Board of REALTORS®.

Company President Stacey Ruszczyk has a strong background in communications and has served with Paul Christian for many years, mastering the ins and outs of the publishing industry and writing articles and press releases for a number of industry magazines and websites, including Realty Success and the Real Estate CyberSpace Society.

In her complementary role as Senior Marketing Specialist for Real Estate Ghost Writers, Stacey Ruszczyk provides support for our clients in a very personal but professional fashion.
